Alternatively, any product that has already been opened (including removing shrinkwrap or labels being broken) may still be able to be returned as a Change of Mind but will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee. The amount charged as a Restocking Fee will then be applied as a discount towards the next customer who purchases the item. While we can understand that a restocking fee may be disappointing, it can be equally disappointing for another customer to pay full price for a product that has already been opened. This may not apply in the event you were explicitly told or led to believe a product would be suitable by a vrwanju Team Member or our website. To reduce the impact of resellers\/scalpers speculating on prices increasing, we reserve the right to reject a Change of Mind Return on bulk orders of more than three units.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"10\">All products are still covered by warranty for fault or defect. Products ordered specifically for quoted projects, enterprise equipment, sale or open box items are excluded from this policy.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"10\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Items deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA), Damaged in Transit, Faulty or Delivered Incorrectly<\/b> If you receive any product that is dead on delivery, damaged during the delivery or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Service team who will discuss your particular concerns and work with you to resolve the issue. This may mean the product needs to be returned with suitable packaging (preferably with its original packaging) to prevent damage in delivering the product back to us. For items that are large and bulky (for example, gaming chairs), they need <span class=\"citation-5200\">to be repacked in a manner that makes them safe to be transported or alternatively can be returned in store with any<\/span><span class=\"citation-5198 citation-5199 citation-5200 citation-end-5200\"> available packaging and we may be able to repack it for you.<\/span><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"11\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><span class=\"citation-5195 citation-5196 citation-5197 citation-end-5197\">We will also need you to provide the following det<\/span><span class=\"citation-5195 citation-5196 citation-end-5196\">ails to enable us to efficiently deal with the situation:<\/span><\/p><ol><li data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><span class=\"citation-5193 citation-5194 citation-end-5194\">Your full name, best contact telephone numbe<\/span><span class=\"citation-5193 citation-end-5193\">r, address and most important<\/span>ly, your email address;<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\">Tax Invoice or Order Number and if you organised return delivery yourself, the relevant tracking numbers;<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\">Any relevant serial number(s) for the item; and<\/li><li data-path-to-node=\"13,3,0\">Reason for return (including any steps we can take to replicate any fault where applicable)<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"14\">Once we receive the item, vrwanju will provide you with a Return Authority (RA) number via email. Our Warranty Team will test your item and may contact you for more information. Depending on the circumstances, we will attempt to repair the item(s). In some circumstances, we may need to refer your item(s) to the manufacturer for further testing and advice.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"14\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"15\">If it is determined that the product is not faulty and is working as expected, or it is determined that any defect or dam<span class=\"citation-5191 citation-5192\">age was caused after your took possession the item(s), we will return the product to you at your cost.
