What is your Returns policy?<\/b><\/p>

At vrwanju, we emphasise convenience. That\u2019s why we offer a 30 Day Change of Mind Returns Policy.<\/p>

If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the instructions below within 30 days to organise the return of your product and receive either store credit or refund of the purchase price of your product (excluding initial delivery & handling fees).<\/p>

Change of Mind Returns<\/b> While Dutch and European Consumer Law<\/b> mandates a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for online purchases, we go further by offering a 30-day Change of Mind policy. Our goal is to always provide world-class customer service and we know that sometimes circumstances change and you may no longer need an item you purchased. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team and we can help clarify any concerns you may have.<\/p>

We will accept products for a change of mind return that are still FACTORY SEALED. Alternatively, any product that has already been opened (including removing shrinkwrap or labels being broken) may still be able to be returned as a Change of Mind but will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee. The amount charged as a Restocking Fee will then be applied as a discount towards the next customer who purchases the item. While we can understand that a restocking fee may be disappointing, it can be equally disappointing for another customer to pay full price for a product that has already been opened. This may not apply in the event you were explicitly told or led to believe a product would be suitable by a vrwanju Team Member or our website. To reduce the impact of resellers\/scalpers speculating on prices increasing, we reserve the right to reject a Change of Mind Return on bulk orders of more than three units.<\/p>

All products are still covered by warranty for fault or defect. Products ordered specifically for quoted projects, enterprise equipment, sale or open box items are excluded from this policy.<\/p>

Items deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA), Damaged in Transit, Faulty or Delivered Incorrectly<\/b> If you receive any product that is dead on delivery, damaged during the delivery or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Service team who will discuss your particular concerns and work with you to resolve the issue. This may mean the product needs to be returned with suitable packaging (preferably with its original packaging) to prevent damage in delivering the product back to us. For items that are large and bulky (for example, gaming chairs), they need to be repacked in a manner that makes them safe to be transported or alternatively can be returned in store with any<\/span> available packaging and we may be able to repack it for you.<\/span><\/p>

We will also need you to provide the following det<\/span>ails to enable us to efficiently deal with the situation:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Your full name, best contact telephone numbe<\/span>r, address and most important<\/span>ly, your email address;<\/li>
  2. Tax Invoice or Order Number and if you organised return delivery yourself, the relevant tracking numbers;<\/li>
  3. Any relevant serial number(s) for the item; and<\/li>
  4. Reason for return (including any steps we can take to replicate any fault where applicable)<\/li><\/ol>

    Once we receive the item, vrwanju will provide you with a Return Authority (RA) number via email. Our Warranty Team will test your item and may contact you for more information. Depending on the circumstances, we will attempt to repair the item(s). In some circumstances, we may need to refer your item(s) to the manufacturer for further testing and advice.<\/p>

    If it is determined that the product is not faulty and is working as expected, or it is determined that any defect or damage was caused after your took possession the item(s), we will return the product to you at your cost. You will be responsible for any costs associated related to the testing and\/or return of the item(s) to<\/span> you in this instance.<\/span><\/p>

    If t<\/span>he product is incorrectly delivered, you must return the product (preferably unopened) with su<\/span>itable packaging to prevent damage in delivery. Please contact our Customer Service team and we can arrange for<\/span> this item to be returned to us at no cost and (if applicable) arrange for the correct product to be delivered to you.<\/span><\/p>

    Items deemed not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or incorrectly advertised<\/span><\/b> If you receive any product that is not of merchantable <\/span>quality, not fit for its intend<\/span>ed purpose made known to us, or not matching the desc<\/span>ription provided, please contact our Customer Service team and we will discuss your options and any refund where appropriate. Please be aware th<\/span>at under <\/span>Dutch and European Consumer Law<\/span><\/b>, specific definit<\/span>ions for quality and fit for purpose apply. Our team is happy to provide advice but you are always encouraged to reach out to the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) or the European Consumer Centre (ECC)<\/b> for clarification to understand your rights as a consumer.<\/p>
